1. Introduction

StockClient is a technology platform accessible via a mobile app (the “Platform”). This Policy informs users about the collection, processing and use of their personal data.

This Policy explains what information we collect, how we process it and how we protect it, so that Users can freely decide whether they want us to process their data. It does not apply to third‑party platforms linked from the Platform.

Using the Platform implies acceptance of this Policy and of the Terms and Conditions. If you disagree, please refrain from using it.

May include (non‑exhaustive): email, encrypted password, name and surname, username, phone, device language, personalisation information, addresses, billing data, payment methods, contracted products/services, and technical information about the device/connection.

We process data confidentially and adopt measures to prevent alteration, loss or unauthorised access.

5. Retention

We keep information only as long as strictly necessary for the stated purposes, to defend legitimate interests, or for legal periods. We consider contractual/legal obligations, limitations, legitimate grounds, potential disputes, and authorities’ guidance.

6. Disclosure

Information may be transferred to and stored on third‑party servers located within the European Union. We act responsibly and transparently regarding who we share information with.

7. Sharing with third parties

We may share data with: payment providers; IT providers (including cloud); Partners; couriers; customer support; marketing and advertising providers. Where applicable, also in joint ventures, acquisitions, sales or mergers.

We may also share your information due to legal/regulatory obligations; to respond to authorities; to perform contracts; to protect the rights of the Platform, providers, couriers and third parties (including fraud prevention); or to prevent/detect crime.

8. Security

We apply policies and technology to protect information against unauthorised access, unlawful processing, loss or damage. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secret. Internet transmission is not 100% secure; any transmission is at your own risk. Once received, we apply strict security measures.

9. Changes

We may amend this Policy. Users will be informed via a notice on the Platform or by email. Continued use after notification implies acceptance.

10. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, objection (including marketing and profiling), restriction, portability, complaints to supervisory authorities, and withdrawal of consent.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

Andorran common law and Law 29/2021 of 28 October on personal data protection. Courts of Andorra la Vella shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to waiver of any other forum where applicable.
